Spider Flo

Blue cotton double weave gi/kimono material with nylon loop for attachment to workout equipment. This functional grip training device is designed to practice the spider guard technique in Jiu-Jitsu. It includes weather bags that easily fill with preferred weighted stuffing and slide into the custom sleeves to simulate your opponents. The nylon strap easily attaches to workout equipment for enhanced grip strength training off of the mats.
